Peas: A Diet Problem Solver

Hello my dear Ones,

Tonight I ate a bowl of peas with butter, sea salt, and onion powder. This doubled as my vegetarian protein source and yummy starch in wake of having a small salad.

While I "prepared" (that's a stretch... lol) the frozen peas, I peered at the calories per serving on the bag... Hmmm... Only 70 calories for 2/3 cup! Wow, that is better than 100 calories for a 1/2 cup of frozen lima beans...!

When about to serve, I asked my Mom if she wanted italian sauce on hers or butter (you know what she chose). Back story is that we elected to open a jar of portobella red sauce the night before to enhance an eggplant parmigiana we bought off a local pizzaria (I don't hesitate to 'doctor' frozen pizzas this way too), so it was a handy option to make the peas tasty and more nutritious (think lutein).

So, as we were munching happily and gratefully on our peas next to our many plants in the kitchen, I was thinking how we could have been having the peas with the sauce and I commented to my Mom (often enough referred to as 'Momsy'), "You know peas would be as good with italian sauce as pasta... And you would be eating complex carbohydrates (instead of simple carbohydrates)". I thought to myself.. no gluten either... Then I commented, "You know, you could make a lasagna by layering peas, then the traditional ingredients, more peas, etc.

Yeah, I know, the peas lasagna wouldn't hold up as well when being served, then again, it may serve nicer than one might think as the global shape of peas would make for an easy to separate dish with the cheeses being the means to hold it together....

So, if any of you get around to trying this before I do, let me know how it turns out...! lol

Much Love,

Living in an Ascended World

(I need to learn not to use "auto". Camera: Cannon PowerShot SD1400 IS Digital Elph 14.1 Megapixel.)

Like many of us, I've been exposed to a lot of perspectives regarding our immediate future... planet Earth's future. I've have some conclusions as to how things may change.

Real estate will change; the whole concept of real estate may very well evolve backwards.

Backwards? Back to thinking like the Native Americans did when they sold Manhattan for some beads.  They had no concept as to land ownership.

Some say we are but custodians of all that "God" has created. That theory suggests we have no long term rights to the land or any of our other so-called "possessions" (which tend to possess us; to constrict our movement).

If all matter has consciousness than why couldn't our possessions have some sort of hold on us? How about if they consciously try to seem relevant to us in an attempt to ensure their own existence?

That calls to mind... how some say canine and feline behaviors are designed to endear them to their masters so their masters will take care of them... Hmmm...

Is it possible that possessions can project a "take care of me" thought into the ether that we humans are subject to...?

So, the concept of real estate may be replaced by a nomadic existence... Who wouldn't want to be on vacation and move about frequently? Some wouldn't.

I look at real estate and I always see potential. Heck, even in place that others would consider near "dumps" I see a place for adventure and it sets my imagination soaring with possibilities of rehabilitation and new uses.

My point is: If people shared their abodes with those who would take care of them as if they were their own, with full "pride in ownership", then we could move from house to house in a sort of timeshare existence - we could do this with at least a sizable number of homes.

Ever notice how different houses have eclectic decor, embellishments from decades ago, furniture from the 40's and 50's... Plastic model cars lovingly painted... All sorts of stuff. It's as if... wait for it... Every household is a museum of sorts! Yes it's true!

What would be the fate of inns you might ask... They could become meeting places for a sorts of activities to keep communities buzzing: greenhouses, babysitting, inventor brainstorming, etc.

Now, let's talk Quantum Physics....

Have you ever considered what would happen if people, instead of always being so separate and following the usual societal rules, would knock on peoples' doors just to have a simple conversation and to maybe actually enter a stranger's house and see their abode? What would we learn? Who would we help?

Look at the possibilities.

Now, if... upon Ascension... upon a time where all all those souls remaining were trustworthy, wouldn't it be possible?

Now, with our Star pals at the ready to help, I realize that many homes will be revamped, flattened, or otherwise replaced, even through relocation, but, it could be that these things will take time.  Time... interesting when some say time is not to exist after December 21 this year. If time doesn't exist I guess we'll just all be living in the crystal cities right away and anything not up to 5 D standard will no longer be in view (unless we lower ourselves to 3 D to see what is happening there... visit alternate timelines...).

So, in a Ascended world, people will be nice and trustworthy, people will help one another using their talents.

I've realized some unexpected talents. I've been realigning my mother's back. I can easily find and massage acupuncture points (I studied this, not formally). I've really been pulling medicinal rabbits out of a hat. Our Star pals indicated this would happen: we'd have challenges and we would meet challenges and "so it is".

I will be going into more on the new world topic.

Toodles for now my dear ones.
