Consulting Your God Self

Close your eyes... After you get these instructions... lol.

Once you've closed your eyes. Imagine opening a door inside your head. Anywhere will do, but I tend to open a door by my left ear... oh about 3"X5".

"Walk" in the door and gently close it behind you making sure you enter with reverence and respect. (This may remind some Catholics and former Catholics of a confessional booth. If so, just don't make it enclosed space... Make it feel open and loving.)

Make yourself comfortable in there and know that your God, your God-Self, your very own Divine Spark of God as connected to All of God is there with you with unconditional love and true attention.

State your concern.

Smile lovingly to God. Listen closely.

Relax and listen until you feel you have been answered (or time runs out! lol).

Open your eyes, decide what you'll do from here based on your impressions.

Be... As True to Yourself as You Can.
